Breast Enhancement For Stages Of Life

Depending on a woman’s age and stage of life, certain breast enhancement procedures may be more appropriate than others. Breasts are often a source of pride in femininity and play a part in how a woman’s entire figure looks. If her chest is too flat, her hips and waist may look thick and out of proportion. Once she has a fuller bosom, her entire figure may appear proportionate and beautiful. Many of these enhancements are related to the stage of life a person is in. Some are more appropriate for one stage than another. Here are some things to consider if you want to change your bustline.

Teens & Very Young Women

It’s not appropriate for very young women or those who are not yet adults to have many surgical enhancements in the chest region. In fact, the FDA has set minimum ages for both silicone and saline implants unless the person is a recovering cancer patient and has lost her breast due to a mastectomy. The reason the FDA set the age limit is because a woman’s body has not reached full maturity. She may opt for an operation and then find out her body wasn’t finished filling out. It’s also important for a young patient to consider breastfeeding as she may not be able to accomplish it after having augmentation. Some patients can but others aren’t able to. If a person really wants breastfeeding to be a part of her life experience, she should probably hold off till after her childbearing years.

Mommies & Makeovers

The mothers who love their kids but have winded up with less full and perky breasts are the perfect candidates for having a Mommy Makeover on their bosoms. Pregnancy and nursing take their toll and many moms end up with flattened bosoms and a major case of “what happened to my beautiful body?” These women are great candidates for augmentation and Mastopexy. Augmentation entails inserting an implant filled with saline or silicone. Mastopexy is the scientific name for a lift. In this operation, lifts tighten up the tissue to create a perkier and more youthful look.

Older Women

For grannies and middle-aged women, they are entering the phase of life where a lift or Mastopexy may be one of their best friends. Even if they haven’t had children, gravity and aging take their toll on bosoms and nipples begin to point at the ground. The individual may have had voluptuous cleavage in her prime, but those days are over. Sometimes a lift is not quite enough and the granny will opt for an implant, as well. More grandmothers are having augmentation than ever before. Just because you’re a grandma doesn’t mean you don’t want to look great. Why shouldn’t a person look sexy until the day she dies?
